  • Manufacture shafts, bushings, gears, studs, bolts, nuts, sleeves, pins, rollers, pulleys, hubs, adapters, wear rings, wear plates, valve components (stems, discs and seats) and hydraulic components (chrome rods, pistons, heads and cylinders).
  • Repair of most machinery and mechanical equipment. Resurface, machine, cut, weld, hone, straighten and/or modify. Remove frozen bolts, drills, taps and easyouts.
  • Repair of hydraulic equipment, including cylinders, valves and pumps.
  • Pumps, all types, including centrifugal, rotary, screw, submersible, etc. Rebuild and repair.
  • Valves, all types, including globe, gate, check, relief, regulating, etc. Rebuild and repair.
  • Cylindrical and surface grinding.
  • Hard facing.
  • Reach rods, hydraulic equipment, piping, coolers, etc. Removal, disassembly and repair.
  • Construction and material handling equipment.
  • Portable capability to perform boring, milling, drilling, cutting, welding and removal of broken taps and easyouts.
  • Alignment of motors, compressors, pumps, etc.
  • Large material inventory. Alloy steel, 300 & 400 series stainless, K-Monel, Monel, low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper and bronze.
  • Custom-made equipment for restaurants, including stainless steel yakitori grills
